A friend of mine Luca who currently lives in the Como Lake area of Italy owns this really cool ride.
When Luca bought his bike new in 1999 he kept it close to standard for many years. Eventually though, the customising bug bit him hard and you can see his bike's transformation through the photographs.
Not happy with the stock rear end, Luca had a wider 150 tyre / rim combo shoehorned into the original swingarm. A progressive suspension kit was fitted to the bike, lowering the rear and taking the sag out of the forks.
A Supertrapp 2-1 exhaust was installed for more power and sick of the black paint, Luca decided to go with something a little more interesting. Living in the same country they make Lamborghini's in has some distinct advantages like getting your hands on some original Lambo hot orange paint !
Luca built up his ride as a daily proposition and ride it he does! The Como Lake area he lives in is a large bay surrounded by mountains... riding country. Most days you can find him on the roads around his home town or see him on his way to work at an old medievel castle where he has a cool job as a Falconer.
His finished bike speaks for itself. Luca has many requests for photographs of his ride with muscle cars and at weddings (or both!)
